The embroidered edge is a nice touch — it's held up through dozens of sessions without fraying or peeling at the corners. Fits neatly on my desk alongside my keyboard, and the 24x14 surface gives plenty of room for spreading out card draws.
Got this for my weekly card nights and it lays perfectly flat on the table with no curling at the corners. The 24x14 size fits my playmat space exactly, and the stitched border has held up through months of shuffling.
The embroidered edge is what sold me, since my last mat started fraying within a month. It lies flat right out of the tube and the 24x14 size fits my card table perfectly.
